This 2-volume Exercise video series, available on a single DVD or 2 VHS cassettes, is designed to grow with you. Starting with "The Key" you'll learn the basics - from modeling a modified (sitting in a chair) workout to modeling a low impact workout where marching in place helps set-up the exercise. With this tape, you'll discover that exercise is "The Key" that will transform your body from the inside out!

Moving on to "The Challenge" you'll see the same basic exercises and hear the same music - you won't have to learn a brand new routine. With this program the intensity has been increased. The low impact workout has been transformed into a moderate intensity workout... and it doesn't stop there! A high intensity workout is modeled, side-by-side with the moderate intensity workout.
